Whether we are grinding at Throne Fit in GM Palya or fine-tuning your supplement stack, I am in the trenches with you. Real results come from the consistency you bring on the days you don't feel like training, and my job is to make sure you show up.
I believe in one simple truth: discipline is the bridge between your goals and your accomplishments. My journey from being a chubby kid to winning a Men's Physique medal was not about overnight success. It was about showing up when I was tired and sticking to the plan when I wanted to quit. As they say in Malayalam, Snehichal avan daivamane veruthal theernnu narakam kaattitharum, meaning if you love the process, it's heaven, but if you hate it, it's hell.
My role at Throne Fit is to help you find that love for the grind. My coaching, whether in-person in Bangalore or remote, focuses on what actually works on stage and in life. I use the same protocols for your transformation that I used for my own competition prep. We cover everything from hypertrophy-focused form correction to specific peak week water and sodium manipulation.
I am internationally certified through ACE, ISSA, ACSM, and NASM, but my real authority comes from the fact that I walk the walk every single day. I do not deal in shortcuts. If you are ready to commit, I will match your energy and push you past the limits you have set for yourself. We build your physique on a foundation of consistency, one rep at a time.
