About My Own Stage Experience
Getting stage-ready isn't just about heavy lifting; it's about the precision of your peak week. Whether we are manipulating sodium levels to drop water weight or fine-tuning your mandatory poses, every gram and every movement counts. I personally guide you through these final, critical days so you step out with confidence, not confusion.
Contest preparation is a different beast compared to general fitness. It requires a specific, granular focus on hypertrophy, symmetry, and conditioning that most standard gym routines simply ignore. When you work with me, we are not guessing. We are executing a plan.
The Process
My approach is hands-on. If you are training at Throne Fit in GM Palya or at Vijay's Oxfit Gym in Vignan Nagar, I am there spotting your heavy sets, correcting your form, and pushing you past the point where you would normally quit. For online competitors, I bring that same intensity to your weekly check-ins, ensuring your nutrition and training splits are on point.

I have competed at the highest levels, including winning a Mr. World medal in Men's Physique. I know the mental toll of a cutting phase and the physical stress of peak week. My job is to manage those variables for you. We focus on:
- Dietary Strategy: Gram-specific meal plans that adjust as your body changes.
- Posing: It is the final 10% that often makes the difference between a podium finish and going home empty-handed. We drill your mandatory poses until they are second nature.
