My Training Regimen: Behind the Grind
Discipline is not a theory. This is a look into my own workouts, posing routines, and the intensity required to maintain a competitive physique. I only teach what I have mastered myself.
Focused and ready for a dumbbell workout. Maintaining a lean, muscular physique requires year-round dedication, even when not in active contest prep.
A look at my own arm day workout. This includes bicep curls and tricep pushdowns, focusing on strict form to isolate the muscles and create definition.
Checking in on my current condition. Self-assessment is a key part of the fitness journey, allowing me to adjust my diet and training to stay on track with my goals.
A mirror check showing abdominal and chest definition. Staying lean requires a consistent and clean diet, which is a critical component of my contest prep programs.
Practicing my back poses in the gym. A strong back, with width and thickness, is crucial for a balanced physique on stage. This requires specific exercises and posing practice to display it effectively.
The pain of discipline is temporary, but the results can last a lifetime. This is the mindset I bring to my own training and instill in my clients.
A back and triceps workout in progress. This session includes lat pulldowns, dumbbell rows, and cable pushdowns to build a powerful upper body.
Posing practice is just as important as lifting. Here I am running through a series of poses, including the front double biceps and lat spread, to improve my stage presentation.
A shoulder and tricep focused workout. Exercises like dumbbell lateral raises and tricep pushdowns are essential for creating the V-taper and defined arms that judges look for.
Running through a posing routine in the gym. Fluid transitions and confident poses are key to making a strong impression during a competition.
About Practice What I Preach: My Training Regimen
I do not just write workout plans; I live them. My own routine is a reflection of the same intensity I demand from my clients, focusing on strict, controlled repetitions rather than just moving heavy weight. You will see me in the gym practicing mandatory poses just as often as I am under a barbell, because a stage-ready physique is built on the gym floor and refined in front of the mirror.
Building a competitive physique is about managing two things: the load on the bar and the detail of your nutrition. In my training regimen, I prioritize hypertrophy and symmetry. Whether I am in a bulking phase to add mass or cutting for a contest, my training remains consistent. I focus on muscle isolation to build the V-taper that judges look for in Men's Physique competitions.
The Importance of Posing
Most lifters ignore this until the last minute. I don't. I treat posing as a specific workout. It builds stage presence, confidence, and reveals the gaps in your muscle definition. I practice my mandatory poses regularly because knowing how to display your hard work is just as vital as doing the work itself.

You can find me at Throne Fit in GM Palya or collaborating at Vijay's Oxfit Gym in Vignana Nagar. These aren't just places to lift. They are spaces designed for serious transformation, equipped with the machinery needed to drive muscle growth. I expect the same focus from my clients that I bring to my own sessions. If you are ready to commit to the grind, I will be right there with you to fix your form, push your limits, and ensure every rep moves you closer to your goal. Let us rise together.
