About Your Mat, Your Home: Online Classes
Most people worry that online yoga means you are on your own, but that isn't how my classes work. I keep my batch sizes small so I can watch your alignment on my screen, guiding you through adjustments using common household items like chairs or cushions to help you safely progress.
My virtual sessions are built on the same philosophy as my in-studio classes: we show up, we breathe, and we progress at our own pace. Whether you are joining me from Andheri, Malad, or another city entirely, the goal remains the same.
How Online Classes Work
We practice live on Zoom, Monday to Friday. This is not a recorded video library. I monitor the gallery view to give verbal cues and correct your posture in real-time. If you cannot touch your toes or balance yet, do not worry. We use props like chairs, walls, and belts to make every asana accessible.
Finding Your Batch
- Abhyasa Batches: Ideal if you are a beginner or looking to break down the foundations of Hatha and Vinyasa. We focus heavily on alignment and getting the basics right.
- Sadhana Batches: Best for regular practitioners ready to move into Ashtanga Vinyasa, inversions, and deeper backbends. These are flow-focused and dynamic.
Everything is monthly, so you get a consistent schedule and a community that practices together. If you miss the studio environment, you will find that the energy we create through the screen is surprisingly real. You just need a mat, some space, and the willingness to show up.
