About Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training Course
What I Believe
Before you can teach well, you have to learn well. I see myself first as a student, then a teacher. Some days, practice feels easy, other days it's tough - but showing up matters most. Subko sab kuch nahi milta, jo mila hai usme khush rehna aur mehnat karte rehna hai (Not everyone gets everything, you have to learn to be happy with what you have and keep working hard). This is about real progress, not chasing perfection.

A Bit of Honest Advice
If you’re brand new to yoga, you might want to do a few months of Hatha first. Not required, just a tip from someone who’s seen many journeys.
Beyond the 21 Days
Once you finish, you’ll have a solid base. If you want to keep growing, I offer advanced sadhana and mentorship for those looking to deepen or teach further.

My Story
Used to be that shy guy in school, always sitting in the corner, avoiding photos because of my teeth and hair. Money was tight, so I trekked from Santacruz to Versova, hustling through odd jobs - newspaper boy, waiter, delivery guy, whatever came my way. Yoga pulled me out of all that. Now, I’ve got a community, confidence, and a weirdly strong bond with Bappa. Every visarjan, I let the tears go in the sea and tell him, 'You’re there, so I’m sorted.' Still get a bit of stage fear, but it’s all part of the journey, na?
My Work
Yoga Classes Online & Offline - I teach Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and run strength training camps from my Mumbai shala.
Abhyasa & Sadhana Batches - Beginners, intermediates, and yoga teachers all welcome. I’ll guide you to the right batch.
Progressive Teaching Style - We build up slowly, use props like belts and chairs, and focus on alignment and foundations.
Community Vibe - Less talk, more practice. It’s about being a happy practitioner, not a perfect one.
What You Need - For strength training, bring 3kg & 5kg dumbbells. For yoga, just your mat and dedication.
