About this collection
Yoga isn't about forcing your body into a perfect shape; it is about finding the right modification for where you are today. In these videos, I show you how to use simple props like blocks, straps, or the wall to support your body while you build strength and flexibility. If you are struggling with a posture, don't rush it. Take a look at these modifications, be patient with your breath, and feel free to reach out if you need advice on which batch might be the right fit for your practice level.
My teaching methodology is rooted in the concept of 'Abhyasa'—consistent, dedicated practice. Whether you join my live online classes via Zoom or visit us at The Yoga Tribe Studio in Andheri or Malad, the goal remains the same: progress over perfection.
How I Structure My Tutorials
- Safety First: You will notice in my tutorials that I emphasize using props. They are not 'cheats'—they are tools to help you find stability and correct alignment before moving into deeper variations.
- Real-Time Corrections: In my online batches, I watch the gallery view to give verbal cues just as if you were in the studio. If a pose doesn't feel right, we pause and fix the foundation.
- Progressive Learning: I break down challenging poses like Shirshasana (Headstand) or Hanumanasana (Splits) into bite-sized drills. You don't have to master the full pose on day one. We focus on the prep work—like hamstring mobility or shoulder stability—that builds the strength required for the full expression.

Yoga is for everyone. Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking to gain flexibility, or wanting to deepen your practice, we have a space for you. If you are unsure about which asanas are safe for your specific body type or health history, send me a message and we can chat about your goals.
