Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our shala is a space to show up, breathe, and grow. Join us to find your balance on and off the mat.

Welcome to our yoga family. This is what our community practice looks like: full of energy, smiles, and people from all walks of life showing up for themselves. It doesn't matter if you are new or have been practicing for years, there is a place for you on the mat.

You don't need to be in Mumbai to join our shala. Our online Zoom classes bring the same energy and personal attention right into your home. I keep an eye on everyone to make sure your practice is safe and you feel connected, no matter where you are.

In my class, I am there with you in every step. Here, I'm helping a student find the right alignment in a standing pose using a chair. We use props to make asanas accessible and to help you understand the posture better, without any pressure.

For those who have a consistent practice, we explore advanced asanas like this handstand. It's not about showing off, but about discovering your own strength and focus. This is a journey of patience, and we build the foundation for it together, step by step.

I believe in setting small, realistic goals. It's not about doing 100% in one day, but giving 1% for 100 days. This is how we build a practice that lasts a lifetime, one that brings self-confidence and a happy feeling, not frustration.

Here is a quick look at our different batches. We have classes for everyone, from absolute beginners in our morning batches to advanced practitioners in our Sadhana batches. Find a time and level that works for you and just begin.

Our yoga shala is more than just a class, it's a community. This video from one of our yoga retreats shows the fun, connection, and relaxation we share. We practice, we laugh, we grow together, both on and off the mat.

This is my personal practice of 108 Surya Namaskars. For me, yoga is a rope that helped me climb out of difficult times. It teaches you how to handle life in a better way. If you can't run, walk. If you can't walk, crawl. Just keep moving.

About Featured

Whether you are joining us from your living room via Zoom or walking into our Andheri or Malad studios, the practice stays the same: it is about showing up for yourself. We use props like chairs, belts, and blocks not because we are lazy, but because we want to understand our bodies better and make yoga accessible for every stage of your journey.
