This is the heart of our practice, the Ashtanga Surya Namaskar, synchronized with the traditional Sanskrit Vinyasa count. You can feel the focused energy as the entire class moves and breathes together in a dynamic flow.

You can join our community from anywhere in the world. Our live online yoga classes are interactive, allowing me to give real-time feedback and instructions, ensuring you get the same quality of teaching as in our physical shala.

For those ready to explore advanced asanas, I provide safe, hands-on support. This video shows how we work together to build the strength and confidence needed for inversions like Sirsasana, or headstand.

We use props like the yoga wheel to help you safely explore deeper backbends. This tool supports your spine and helps you gradually increase flexibility, making advanced postures more accessible.

We believe that laughter is the best therapy. Sometimes, we end our practice with a session of laughter yoga to release stress, boost our mood, and connect as a community. It’s all about finding joy in the practice.

Yoga offers practical solutions for daily health. In this short video, I demonstrate four simple yogic kriyas, including Malasana and Tadasana, to help improve digestion and cleanse the system naturally.
