We believe yoga is more than just asanas or stretching; it is a journey toward stillness and community. Discover the rhythm of our shala in JP Nagar.

In the quiet hours before dawn, during what we call Brahma Muhurta, the real practice begins. It is not about achieving a perfect pose, but about the discipline of showing up for yourself on the mat, day after day. This is where we find our inner strength.

I started my yoga journey in 2006 for my health, but my teachers showed me it was about much more than asanas. It is a path to find stillness and peace within. In this video, I share my gratitude for this path and for all the teachers and students who walk it with me.

In our Mysore style classes, I offer personal guidance and hands-on adjustments. This helps you explore postures like drop-backs safely, building trust in your body and breath. The journey is about consistent practice, one step at a time.

We offer a daily Hatha Yoga class specifically for women. This session provides a calm, supportive, and nourishing space for women of all fitness levels to connect with their practice and build foundational strength.

Beyond the physical practice, we explore the mind's landscape. My 21-day "Journey Inwards Through Meditation" program is designed to help you overcome stress and cultivate a sustainable meditation practice, available both online and at our shala.

Our Led Primary Series class is an intense, two-hour session where we move and breathe together as a group. The shared energy is powerful, pushing us to build discipline and find a meditative flow even in a challenging practice.

Our shala is a sangha, a community. This photo from our Yoga Day celebration captures the joy and connection we share. We believe that finding your people is as important as finding your practice.

Ultimately, the goal of yoga is to quiet the noise of the mind. Through asana, pranayama, and meditation, we practice returning to a state of presence and inner silence.

About Featured

Whether you join us for our early morning Mysore-style practice or our evening Hatha sessions, you will find that we focus on consistency over intensity. I personally move through the room during Mysore hours to offer individual adjustments, ensuring you progress at your own pace and breath rather than rushing to mimic a pose you are not yet ready for.
