This is the energy of our tribe in motion. In our group classes, we move together, focusing on alignment in poses like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) to build strength and stability as a community.

About Featured
In our group sessions, we blend Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa to build both stability and strength. You will notice we use props like blocks and chairs, not as shortcuts, but as essential tools to help you find correct alignment for your unique body. We focus on breathing and mindfulness throughout, ensuring every movement has a purpose rather than just repeating physical poses.
Our home in Andheri West is designed to be a sanctuary, just three minutes from the Versova Metro station. We call ourselves a tribe because we show up for one another, creating a space where the competitive noise of the city fades away. When you walk in, you are not just joining a gym class; you are starting a path of Swadhyay (self-growth).
Our classes are diverse to suit your pace and goals. We offer everything from high-energy Fusion sessions that combine yoga with functional strength training to gentle Golden Age batches for senior citizens focusing on mobility. If you are new, do not worry about touching your toes. We meet you exactly where you are, guiding you through Surya Namaskar, pranayama, and meditation so you leave each session feeling balanced. For those recovering from injuries or needing specific attention, we also offer private 1-on-1 therapy sessions. Come by, breathe with us, and find your own rhythm.
