You do not need to be a pro to join us. My retreats are all about pausing, not performing. Whether it is your first time on a mat or you are a seasoned yogi, we focus on showing up for yourself rather than nailing the perfect pose. We keep things real, laughter included.
Finding Your Balance in Nature
I see these retreats as more than just a break from your daily routine. They are a real chance to hit pause, reconnect with yourself, and soak in nature. Whether we are in a boutique resort in the Dehradun hills, a glamping dome in Bir, or by the beaches of Goa, the goal remains the same: feeling lighter in your head and heart.
What to Expect
I handle the planning so you can just show up and settle in. My retreats generally run for 3 to 5 days and are designed to be inclusive for everyone. Here is what we usually focus on:
- Morning Flow: Sunrise Vinyasa or Hatha sessions to wake up the body.
- Restorative Practice: Evening sessions focusing on Yin, sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, or Yoga Nidra to quiet the mind.
- Playful Movement: We often incorporate aerial yoga or partner flows, which are great for building trust and having a bit of fun.
- Community: Wholesome vegetarian meals, guided sharing circles, and nature treks where we can disconnect from our phones and connect with each other.
