Day 1 of our Bali retreat: Welcome to Ubud. We will settle in, connect with each other, and enjoy a traditional Balinese dinner to start our journey together.
Day 2 of our Bali retreat focuses on Water Healing. We will have a morning yoga session, visit a sacred water temple for a cleansing ritual, and feel the powerful energy of Bali's waters.
Day 3 of our Bali retreat is dedicated to Sound Healing. The day includes a sunrise yoga practice, a deep sound healing session with singing bowls, and an adventurous trip chasing waterfalls.
Day 4 of our Bali retreat is about Cultural Immersion. We will deepen our meditative practice, enjoy time at the beach, and experience a traditional Balinese 'Devdan' cultural show.

My retreats focus on the Kaizen philosophy of small, sustainable progress rather than achieving the perfect pose. Whether we are practicing sunrise flows on the Bali coast or grounding into the mountain air in Himachal, the goal is a soulful rhythm you can actually take home. It is less about a rigid program and more about a supportive space where you can show up as you are, tired or joyful, and just breathe.
A Journey for Every Version of You
I believe that yoga is a way of life, not just a series of asanas. On these retreats, I bring together my love for travel, motherhood, and mindful living to create a space that feels like a getaway with friends.
The Approach We move beyond the mat. Depending on the location, we explore the Panchabhuta (the five elements) through Hatha and Vinyasa flows, or dive into deep stillness with sound healing, pranayama, and meditation. My retreats are designed to help you disconnect from the noise of metro cities and reconnect with your inner contentment, or Santosh Param Sukham.
Where We Go
- Bali: A blend of active travel and restoration. We combine surfing or waterfall treks with sunrise yoga and sacred purification rituals at local water temples.
- Himalayas & Ladakh: These are grounding journeys. In places like Himachal and Ladakh, we connect with the mountain energy. Think forest bathing, bonfire Trataka (fire gazing) sessions, and authentic local food.
- Rishikesh: Perfect for a short, sharp reset. We focus on river rituals and cultural immersion to help you hit pause when life feels overwhelming.
What to Expect These experiences are for anyone seeking to slow down. You do not need to be a 'zen' expert to join. The community is warm, diverse, and welcoming to all levels—especially moms juggling a lot who need a safe place to recharge. My role is to hold space for your practice, facilitate the cultural experiences, and ensure you leave feeling a little lighter and 1% better than when you arrived.
