About My Personal Practice & Journey

I stopped hyper-focusing on perfect alignment and now rely on verbal cues instead of constant demonstration. This allows me to actually watch your body, ensure you are safe, and help you find a position that fits your unique anatomy, rather than forcing you to mirror me.
