Yoga is more than just asanas. It is about the philosophy of living, facing reality, and showing up for yourself even when your cup feels empty. Explore my personal journey and thoughts.

As a yoga teacher, I'm not afraid to admit that I'm extremely ambitious. I believe ambition isn't separate from the practice; it's woven into every breath and every step of my journey.

Advice I'll give to my younger self: no one's watching you as much as you think, your timing is simply different, and nothing is worth losing your peace of mind over.

"Jab tum khud ki awaaz sunne lago, toh duniya ki awaazein feeki pad jaati hai." (When you start listening to your own voice, the voices of the world fade away). Meditate to hear your own voice.

The best answers don't come from your family, friends, or even your guru. They come from within. Sit with yourself; you already hold every answer you're looking for.

A growth affirmation: I don't want to be associated with something or someone that doesn't serve me anymore.

Teaching yoga means pouring energy into others, even when my own cup feels empty. I don't have it all figured out, but I try my best to be a good example.

"Jo mil jaye acha hain, jo na mile woh bhi acha hain." (What you get is good, what you don't get is also good). The way life has humbled me.

"Jiski marzi se yeh puri duniya chalti hai, woh meri choti si zindagi bhi chala hi dega." (The one by whose will the whole world runs will also run my small life). I have complete faith in Bholenath.

What do all successful people have in common? They wake up early. Waking up early gives you mental clarity, peace, and time for yourself before the day's responsibilities hit.

Funny how we went from wanting to be professionals with degrees to just wanting to be happy. The goal changed so fast.

About Additional Work & Musings

Yoga isn't just about bending your body; it's about holding yourself together when life gets messy. I wasn't born zen, and I didn't start with all the answers. I learned these lessons the hard way—through corporate burnout, a broken ankle, and the realization that the peace we search for is usually buried under a lot of noise. Here, I share the messy, real, and occasionally funny journey of finding balance in a world that never stops moving.
