Why I Teach Yoga
For me, yoga means living fully, right now. I believe in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (you only live once) - I try to bring that feeling to every session. Yoga isn’t just about tough poses, it’s about staying strong, feeling comfy, and being happy in your own skin. This practice helped me get clarity and manage my emotions - I think it can do the same for you.
What My Classes Are Like
I teach with Sharmila and Indrazith, and together we bring different styles to our group. Having more than one teacher means you can find what suits you best. Our online and group sessions are a space for real connection, not just exercise.

- Yoganidra (guided relaxation) is our way to end, like a conscious nap
Who Can Join?
Never tried yoga before? No tension, yaar. Our beginner-friendly online yoga classes are made for everyone. Even in a virtual yoga group session, I make sure to give personal attention and correct postures so nobody feels lost.
How It Works
You can join our live interactive yoga classes from anywhere. Timings are flexible - early mornings (5 or 6 AM), or you can catch us in the evening (4 or 10 PM). Our daily online yoga routine helps you build consistency without any fuss.

My Story
Hey, I’m Deepa. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, right? I’m all about grabbing life with both hands. Been a mermaid in Maldives, soaked up Spain’s vibe, even trekked to Mount Kailash (people think it’s only for oldies, but why wait?). Yoga, travel, and dance - I’m hooked on all three. Bharatanatyam is new for me, but I love connecting with my roots. I’m here to evolve, face what comes, and make my own miracles.
