- Environment: Naturally ventilated space with fans and windows (no air conditioning) to promote sweating.
- Infrastructure: Wooden/Vinyl flooring with large mirrors for self-correction.
- Equipment: Shared use of foam blocks, straps, and wall ropes for alignment drills.
- Storage: Open cubby space for personal items (no lockers).
Additional Support
- Nutrition: Standardized Indian home food meal plan provided as a digital file.
- Tracking: Periodic weight checks and progress monitoring.
Live Interactive Online Membership

- Requirement: Camera must be on for the instructor to monitor form.

I believe in showing up and putting in the work - excuses don't burn calories. My fitness yoga classes are all about pushing you to find your own power. Expect to sweat, sometimes struggle, but always walk out feeling stronger.
What to Expect
- The core of my classes is Power Yoga, a high-energy flow where we move from pose to pose with our breath.
- You'll learn foundational moves like Warriors, Planks, and Downward Dog, but we also level up with crunches, arm balances, and even headstands for those ready to try.
- My focus is on alignment, breath, and safe progression. I'll keep it real with you - some days will feel tough, but that's where real change happens.
Results Beyond the Mat
- Weight management and strength are big goals here, so I design classes for max calorie burn and building lean muscle.
- We talk a bit about healthy eating, but it’s not a diet class.
- Flexibility will come with practice, and I’ll help you reach deeper stretches, sometimes with a little hands-on help.
- It's not just about the body - you’ll feel more balanced and less stressed after class.
How We Practice
- Join in-studio group yoga class in Bangalore (namma Bengaluru), or jump into our online fitness yoga sessions if you prefer home.

My Story
I'm not just running a studio, I'm living yoga every day. Once upon a time, I was just another beginner, struggling with the basics. Now, I see how showing up daily changes everything - not just the body, but the mind too. Here in Basaveshwaranagar, we laugh, celebrate, sometimes even dance after class! When someone's dedication shines, it lifts all of us. That magazine feature and my mudra in a Kannada book? Felt proud, but honestly, sharing yoga’s joy is what matters most.
