Healing is a journey we are meant to walk together. Join our intimate group sessions in Bengaluru and online to reconnect, release, and find balance through sound, movement, and mindful art.

Here is my current schedule of classes. I offer a wide range of practices to suit your needs, from dynamic Vinyasa to gentle Therapy Classes and weekend Sound Meditations. You can choose the fitness and wellness path that connects with you.

This is a poster from my "Reset, Renew, Rise" virtual wellness bootcamp. These multi-day events are a soft landing for your nervous system, combining yoga, coaching, creative journaling, and sound healing to help you feel, heal, and rise gently.

This poster is for one of my sound healing workshops. In these sessions, I explain the science and art of Nada Yoga, demonstrating how sound can redress imbalances on every level of your being and help you achieve higher states of consciousness.

This is a promotion for an upcoming sound bath session. These sessions are designed to help you switch off your mind and tune into yourself, using the healing frequencies of Tibetan bowls to create deep relaxation.

This was my first-ever public sound bath event. It was a remarkable day, and I was humbled to share this practice with so many people for the first time. My journey with sound has been evolving ever since.

In these group spaces, I focus less on performance and more on shared energy. Whether it is a full moon sound meditation or a weekend wellness bootcamp, the goal is not to execute a pose perfectly but to create a container where you feel safe enough to let your guard down. Many students find that practicing alongside others helps them mirror the peace they are seeking, making their individual journey feel a little less lonely.
