About Community & Connection: Workshops & Retreats
In these retreats, we move away from typical gym-style fitness. We focus on a small group-based journey in nature, meaning you get individual attention for your practice while finding real community support. Expect simple, nourishing meals and sessions designed to reset your nervous system, not just tire your muscles.
Retreats are my way of offering you a space to drop the masks you wear every day. You do not need to be a seasoned yogi to attend, you only need a willingness to slow down. During these gatherings, I structure the days to balance movement with deep rest. We start early with sunrise flows designed to wake up the body, followed by meals shared in conversation.
My sessions pull from my Bharatanatyam foundation, focusing on alignment, grace, and internal rhythm. We integrate Yoga Nidra and sound healing to help you release deep-seated tension. Whether we are hosting at a quiet farm near Bengaluru or the hills of Marayoor, the goal is to ensure you leave feeling grounded, not just physically stretched. If you have been feeling disconnected from your rhythm, or simply overwhelmed by the pace of life, this is your invitation to come home to yourself. My retreats are safe spaces to simply be, move, and breathe.
