Freshness is guaranteed in my kitchen. I bake everything to order using premium ingredients. There are no shortcuts, no frozen products, just pure, delicious, handcrafted goodness.

About this collection

When you order from me, you get a cake made from scratch in my Narayanapura kitchen. I do not use pre-mixes or preservatives, which means every sponge and every fruit compote is prepared fresh just for your date. This is not mass production, but rather slow, careful work, so please check my availability early, especially for weekends.

Why I am 'Costly', not 'Expensive'

There is a difference between paying a premium and overpaying. When you pay for my cakes, you are covering the cost of real, high-quality ingredients, not mass-produced frozen alternatives. I make my own fruit compotes from scratch, use real dairy cream, and layer every cake by hand. If you want a cake where the mangoes are actually seasonal and the pistachio sponge is nutty and fresh, that requires time and proper ingredients. That is the price of quality.

My Home Kitchen Process

My kitchen is FSSAI registered, but it is still a home kitchen, not a factory. This is where the magic happens. I play music, I layer cakes, and I handle the piping myself. Whether it is a cheesecake jar for a personal craving or a complex wedding cake, the process remains the same:

  • Small Batches: I never mass-produce sponges to sit in a freezer.
  • Fresh Components: My strawberry jam and fruit compotes are made on the stove, not bought in a can.
  • Design Integrity: I use food-safe decorations to ensure your cake looks beautiful but remains edible and safe for everyone at the table.

Because I don't keep stock, I need to plan. When you message me, I am looking at my schedule to see when I can slot in the prep time for your specific order. The more notice you provide, the better I can ensure that your cake gets the attention it deserves. If you have a last-minute request, I will always try to help, but booking a few days out ensures you get the exact flavor profile you want.
