A selection of my personal favourites, captured to give you a true taste of my modern French kitchen.

This is my Pain Suisse, and it’s a true obsession. Watch as the buttery, flaky layers pull apart to reveal a rich chocolate and pastry cream filling. It’s a little piece of French heaven, baked fresh daily.

When the occasion calls for something grand, my classic Opera Cake is the answer. With delicate layers of almond sponge soaked in coffee syrup, rich chocolate ganache, and coffee buttercream, it is a true culinary masterpiece.

A perfect morning starts with authentic Viennoiserie. Here is a glimpse of my daily selection: a classic butter croissant, a rich pain au chocolat, a nutty almond croissant, and a sweet cinnamon roll. Each is crafted to be crisp, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

For special moments, I love curating the perfect gift. This Valentine's Day hamper was filled with love, featuring bicolour croissants, delicate macarons, and artisanal chocolate bonbons, all packed beautifully in a basket with fresh roses.

The magic is in the details. Here, I am caramelizing the sugar on my Crème Brûlée, creating that signature crackly top that gives way to a silky, vanilla-infused custard. It is pure indulgence in every bite.

I believe breakfast should be an event. My French breakfast platter is a feast for the senses, featuring an assortment of mini viennoiseries, fresh fruit salad, granola parfaits, artisan bread with butter and jam, and fresh smoothies.

I bake with the seasons, and this Strawberry Tart is a celebration of fresh, ripe berries. A crisp, buttery crust holds a light pastry cream, all crowned with a glistening layer of the finest strawberries.

Every item you see here—from the honeycomb layers of my Pain Suisse to the coffee-soaked sponge of the Opera Cake—is prepared from scratch at my Sahakarnagar and Manyata kitchens. I believe the best things shouldn't be rushed, so I use premium European-style butter and natural fermentation to ensure that when you take a bite, you are getting the authentic French texture and flavour you would expect in Paris.
