I treat Pilates as an emotion, not just a workout. My sessions, whether online or offline, focus on 'muscular meditation' where we connect the mind, body, and breath. You will hear me say 'slow down' often because that is where the real magic happens—in the control, not the speed.
Where We Move
- My Third Space, Indiranagar: This is my primary studio hub. We keep batch sizes small here to ensure I can give every client individual attention and tactile posture correction.
- Kasavanahalli: I offer specialized private training and customized routines in my home studio here, perfect if you are looking for injury rehab or specific athletic conditioning.
- Online: If you cannot make it to a studio, you can join me via Google Meet. I provide real-time verbal cues and feedback to ensure you get the same quality of instruction from your living room.
Class Types
My classes cater to every BODY. I run standard Mat Pilates flows for strength and flexibility, but I also have specialized routines. If you are a new mom or expecting, my prenatal and postnatal sessions are designed to be safe and supportive. For those wanting a challenge, I include PHIIT (Pilates High-Intensity Interval Training) to get that heart rate up.
My rules are simple: no self-criticism, just learning and having fun. You do not need expensive equipment to get started, just a mat and the willingness to show up for yourself. Whether you are dealing with an injury, looking for stress relief, or just want to get stronger, we will find a rhythm that works for you.
