Yoga isn't about looking perfect in a pose. It’s about showing up, finding your flow, and getting back up when you tumble. Here is a glimpse of how we move, breathe, and play.

This is where I find my balance. In my studio practice, I focus on building core strength and stability, which is the foundation for more advanced poses like this variation of Vasisthasana (Side Plank). It's a powerful way to connect with your body and discover your own quiet strength.

My group classes are all about community and shared energy. Here, I'm helping a student find a deeper stretch in Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), offering hands-on assistance to ensure proper alignment and prevent injury. We work together to make yoga accessible and beneficial for every body.

Taking my practice outdoors connects me to nature and adds a therapeutic layer to my movement. This video shows a Vinyasa flow sequence, including a gentle backbend and forward fold, performed as the sun sets. Breathwork combined with movement in a natural setting is incredibly healing for stress and anxiety.

Acroyoga is a playful practice built on trust and connection. This pose requires the base to be solid and the flyer to be light and engaged, creating a beautiful expression of partnership. It’s a fun way I incorporate partner work into my sessions to build strength in a dynamic way.

The journey to an advanced pose like Vrischikasana (Scorpion Pose) is all about practice, not perfection. This video shows the process of entering the forearm stand and finding the backbend. It's a testament to how consistent effort helps build the strength and flexibility needed for inversions.

I love experimenting with different forms of movement, like this Aerial Hoop sequence. It's a fantastic way to build upper body and core strength while exploring gravity in a new way. This is one of the unique styles we can play with in my one-on-one sessions.

Mindfulness is at the heart of my teaching. Here, I am in a moment of quiet meditation, practicing Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) in a peaceful mountain setting. I guide my students to use breath as an anchor to find this same sense of gratitude and inner calm.

My practice isn't always perfect, and that's the whole point. This clip shows me playfully attempting a handstand transition and tumbling out of it with a laugh. I believe in embracing the wobbles and falls as part of the learning process.

About Featured

I teach because yoga is where I find my own balance, not because I have all the answers. My classes at places like CaliClan and All Fit focus on functional mobility and strength you can actually use, whether you’re working on a headstand or just trying to fix your posture after a long day at the office. We treat every session as a fresh start, not a test.
