Real strength comes from showing up. My sessions are designed to push your limits, burn calories, and build the physical foundation you need to feel your best.

This is the energy of Power Yoga. In this sequence, I flow from Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog) into a wall-assisted handstand and finish with Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), building core strength and spinal flexibility with each breath.

The journey to a healthier you is about consistency, not just chasing inches. This before and after shows the real results possible with daily yoga practice, leading to a stronger core and a more peaceful mind.

This is a glimpse into our in-studio class. I guide students through foundational poses like Plank, focusing on proper alignment and breath control. You will hear me push you because I know you can do it. Don't give up.

I provide hands-on adjustments to help you safely deepen your stretches and achieve poses you thought were out of reach. Here, I'm assisting a student in our advanced class to work towards a full standing split.

Hear directly from one of my students. She shares her experience after just one month of practice at my Aadhya Power Yoga Studio, highlighting the increased flexibility and energy she feels.

The journey to an advanced pose like Vrischikasana (Scorpion Handstand) is a step by step process. This collage shows the progression, from building foundational forearm strength to finding the final balance. Practice reduces imperfection.

This is my philosophy. Showing up on the mat is the first step. My Power Yoga classes are designed for effective weight loss and building strength because excuses don't burn calories, but a consistent practice does.

Flexibility is earned. This standing split (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana) against the wall is a deep hamstring and hip opener that demonstrates the kind of flexibility we work towards in my classes. A flexible spine is a youthful spine.

My studio in Basaveshwaranagar is intentionally kept without air conditioning to help you sweat and detox during your practice. You will find that these 60-minute Vinyasa flows are physically demanding, but the hands-on posture corrections I provide ensure you are safe while you push toward your limits.
