This is what my group yoga classes are all about: a room full of positive energy where everyone moves together. We focus on mindful Vinyasa flow and deep backbends to build strength and release tension, creating a supportive space for everyone to grow.
I believe in starting them young, and my kids' yoga classes are pure joy. Here you can see a group of children learning side stretches, building flexibility and body awareness through playful movement, not rigid instruction.
Partner yoga is where strength, trust, and a lot of laughter come together. This is a fantastic way to challenge your balance and connect with a friend, as we work together to create beautiful, strong shapes like this supported handstand.
This is my own transformation, a journey from 2011 to today. It wasn't about a quick fix, but about years of consistency and learning to love movement. It’s proof that with time and dedication, you can build a stronger, more confident version of yourself.
A class always ends with calm and connection. We practice pranayama breathing exercises to center ourselves, and the feeling of community you see here, with everyone together, is what makes our tribe so special.
From corporate wellness sessions that bring yoga into the workplace to celebrating International Yoga Day with our community, I love creating unique events. It's all about bringing people together to share the joy of movement in different settings.
Sometimes you just have to fly! Getting back to aerial silks after an injury was a huge challenge, but it reminded me how important it is to explore new ways to move and test your limits. It’s a full body workout that builds incredible upper body and core strength.
About this collection
Most people worry they aren't 'bendy' enough to start yoga. In my group sessions, we don't care if you can touch your toes on day one. We focus on functional movement—blending mindful Vinyasa flows with bodyweight conditioning—to help you build a body that feels capable in your daily life, whether you are a runner, a parent, or someone just looking to move better.
My Approach
I believe fitness should be a 'jatre'—a festival of movement. Whether you are joining my functional yoga groups or booking a private session, we strip away the intimidation. You won't find rigid, silent halls here. Instead, expect a friendly, high-energy environment where we celebrate the small wins, like that extra rep or finally holding a pose.
Where We Train
I conduct classes across Namma Bengaluru, with a strong presence in Bellandur and HSR Layout. We often use semi-outdoor community spaces to keep the energy fresh and the ventilation natural. If you prefer one-on-one attention, I also provide private training at your home or studio, tailored specifically for injury rehabilitation—like recovering from knee or hip tightness—or mastering advanced skills like handstands.
For the Kids
I am passionate about building healthy habits early. My 'Kids Athletic Yoga' classes for ages 3 to 8 are not about static stretching. We use storytelling, animal flows, and partner drills to teach balance, coordination, and agility. It is a screen-free hour that preps them for any sport they might choose later.
Consistency Over Perfection
My classes are designed for busy people. We focus on 60-minute sessions that deliver a high caloric burn and deep mobility work. We don't chase the 'Instagram' look; we chase the feeling of being strong and centered. Whether it is a corporate wellness workshop or a weekend group flow, the goal is always the same: keep showing up, keep moving, and be part of our tribe.
