Looking to push your limits beyond basic flows? Join our advanced sessions in Rajouri Garden, where we break down complex backbends and inversions with safe, hands-on guidance.

With my assistance, students can explore deeper expressions of poses. This partner-assisted backbend helps build trust and spinal flexibility in our intermediate to advanced yoga class.

In my intermediate to advanced classes, we work on challenging inversions like this handstand. I provide support to ensure correct alignment and help build the confidence needed to balance.

Our Advance Splits Class is designed to safely improve hip flexibility and unlock postures like Hanumanasana. Here, students work on both partner stretches and individual drills.

Working towards the front split, or Hanumanasana, requires patience and consistent practice. Here, students use blocks for support to gradually deepen the stretch in our advanced class.

Using props like a resistance band helps in deepening the stretch for a full split while maintaining proper alignment. This is a technique we use in our advanced flexibility training.

Side split training requires opening the inner thighs and hips. I provide hands-on assistance to ensure students are stretching safely and effectively to achieve Samakonasana.

This is a glimpse of our Ashtanga yoga flow, a dynamic practice that builds heat, strength, and flexibility. Here, a student moves through a sequence including Supta Konasana.

Grivasana, or Neck Pose, is an intense backbend that strengthens the entire back and thighs. In our advanced classes, we build up to such postures with careful preparation and guidance.

This is a variation of Chakrasana, the Wheel Pose, that challenges balance and deepens the backbend. We explore many such variations to keep the practice evolving.

The One-Legged King Pigeon Pose, or Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, is a beautiful hip and heart opener. This is a posture we work towards in our intermediate level classes.

About Advanced Asana & Flexibility

In these sessions, we don't just jump into poses. If you are working on your first split or a handstand, we use wall ropes and blocks to find your alignment first. I will be there to give you the physical adjustment you need to avoid injury and actually get deeper into the stretch.
