About Our Studio & Daily Practice

You won't find generic routines here. In our daily group sessions, we keep batch sizes moderate, usually 10 to 15 people, so that I and my team can physically adjust your posture. Whether it is correcting your Warrior II stance or ensuring your spine is safe in a deep backbend, we make sure you are doing the asana the right way, not just mimicking the person on the next mat.
