About Surya Kriya: Aligning with the Sun
Unlike general fitness classes, Surya Kriya is a precise 21-step sequence that works directly with your energy system. Because I maintain small group sizes of 10 to 15 students, I provide hands-on structural adjustments to your spinal alignment and lunge positions to ensure you are not just performing the motions, but truly synchronizing your breath with the practice.

Many people confuse yoga with simple physical stretching. While flexibility is a natural byproduct, this practice is a tool for self-transformation. By following the 21-step sequence, you are not just exercising; you are consciously aligning your system with the solar cycle. What You Will Learn
This workshop is a focused immersion into the practice. We begin with a structural breakdown of the movements. Because of the precision required for the 18-step cycle—and the full 21-step process—I prioritize safety and bio-mechanical integrity. You will learn to coordinate your breathing with movement, a vital aspect that transforms this from a physical workout into a meditative, yogic process.
The Learning Environment
I conduct these sessions in quiet, disciplined studio spaces across Thane and Mumbai. The atmosphere is designed to support deep focus, away from the usual distractions of a commercial gym.
- Duration: A condensed, intensive workshop format designed for learning the full sequence.
- Independence: My goal is for you to be able to perform the 108 cycles independently at home after the workshop.
- Post-Practice: You will have access to me for specific doubts regarding your sequence or alignment long after the session concludes.
