Welcome to my practice. Here, yoga is about showing up exactly as you are—wobbles, laughter, and all. From daily flows to session planning, this is where I share what it truly feels like to move with intent.

A short flow from a plank variation to Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose). This sequence is great for building core and upper body strength.

A lot of my work happens off the mat. Here's a quiet moment of planning a session and studying the benefits of different postures to create the best experience for my students.

About My Yoga Journey

A lot of people ask me if you need to be flexible to start yoga. The answer is a hard no. In my sessions, we focus on micro-corrections and using props like books or belts to bridge the gap. Whether we are working on back pain relief or a new flow, it is about making the posture fit your body, not the other way around.
