Experience deep relaxation through immersive sound healing. I guide these sessions using Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to help you release stress and find stillness, regardless of your prior meditation experience.

Participants resting deeply during a Naada Yoga session. I move through the space to ensure the healing sounds reach everyone, helping to balance the chakras and calm the nervous system.

This is what a sound bath looks like. It is a meditative process where the resonance of sound creates waves in the body, helping to balance mind and soul and clear negative energy.

Participants wearing eye masks to deepen their inward focus during a sound healing session. I am grateful for the trust everyone places in me and this process of healing.

The healing vibrations of sound meditation can do wonders for your mental and physical health. These sounds connect you with your inner self, guiding you to a state of stillness and calm.

About this collection

You do not need to know how to meditate or hold a specific pose to benefit from these sessions. The process is straightforward: you lie down on a mat, often with an eye mask for sensory withdrawal, and I guide the sound journey by moving through the room. The resonant frequencies from the bowls and gongs do the work for you, encouraging your body to naturally shift from a state of activity into one of deep rest.

How a Group Sound Bath Works

These sessions are rooted in the principles of Naada Yoga, the yoga of sound. When you lie down in a candlelit room, I use a collection of Tibetan singing bowls, large gongs, and tongue drums to create a wave of sound that moves through the space. Unlike a guided meditation where you must follow instructions, a sound bath is passive. The vibrations work on a physical level, helping to balance the nervous system and clear energy blockages.

What to Expect

Every session begins with a short settling period to help you ground yourself. I often integrate:

  • Pranayama: Short breathwork exercises to settle the mind before we begin.
  • Resonance Techniques: I move around the room to ensure the vibrations of the bowls reach every participant evenly.
  • Yog Nidra: A state of conscious sleep often used to close the session.

We provide the setup, including floor mats, bolsters, and pillows, so you can focus entirely on the experience. The atmosphere is cozy and supportive, designed to help you let go of the day's stress.

Locations & Accessibility

I conduct these healing journeys at various spaces across the city, including sessions at Anaahat studio in Juhu, my studio in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, and special residencies at venues like the Taj Wellington Mews in Colaba. Whether you are looking for a weekly reset in Lower Parel or an intimate session in Malad, the goal is always the same: to create a safe container for you to tune into your own inner stillness. These sessions are open to everyone, whether you are a yoga practitioner or someone simply looking for an alternative way to unwind without the effort of a traditional workout.

I grew up surrounded by music but didn't find my rhythm until I picked up the singing bowls. Now, I love helping people find that same sense of calm. Whether you join me in Juhu, Navi Mumbai, or elsewhere in the city, my goal is simple: to help you slow down and tune into your own inner stillness.
