Sound Bath & Deep Relaxation
A space to let your nervous system finally exhale. I use crystal singing bowls to create vibrational frequencies that guide you into deep, restorative rest right here in Bengaluru.
Sound healing works beyond words. In this video, I explain how the ancient tones of singing bowls can synchronize brain waves, quiet mental noise, and guide you into a flow state where deep healing and creativity can begin.
During a full moon meditation, I use a variety of instruments, including a rainstick and multiple bowls, to create a rich tapestry of sound. Participants lie down and simply receive the healing vibrations.
Holding a calm, centered space for a group during a Sturgeon Moon meditation. The soft light and resonant sounds create a perfect environment for letting go and turning inward.
The placement of the bowls can enhance the experience. Here, a large crystal bowl is positioned near a participant's head to maximize the soothing effect of its vibrations on the mind.
A collection of moments from various sound healing sessions. You can see the deep relaxation on the participants' faces as they are immersed in the therapeutic frequencies of the bowls and other instruments.
A participant in a state of complete rest during a sound healing session. My goal is to create a space so safe and serene that you can fully surrender and allow your body's natural healing processes to activate.
About this collection
When you lie down for a sound bath, the world outside just fades. You are not asked to perform, solve, or be anywhere else. I use Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls to create specific frequencies that move through you, which often helps the body switch out of 'fight or flight' and into true rest. It is not about music; it is about letting the vibrations do the work for your mind and body.
The Experience
A sound bath is a passive experience. You simply lie down in Savasana, breathe, and receive. I use a combination of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, and rainsticks to create a rich landscape of sound. These vibrations are not just heard; they are felt throughout the body, helping to quiet mental noise and release physical tension held in the muscles.
Why it works for teams
Many of the teams I work with in Bengaluru struggle with 'tech-neck', eye strain from blue light, and constant mental fatigue. While movement is great, sometimes the body needs to completely stop to recover. This session provides that stop button.
Practical Details
- Session Flow: We start with 10 to 15 minutes of Pranayama (breathwork) to ground everyone, followed by 40 to 45 minutes of sound immersion, and finish with a gentle re-integration to ensure everyone feels awake and alert before they return to work.
- Capacity: I limit these sessions to 25 participants. This is a deliberate choice because the acoustic quality of the bowls changes in a crowded room. To give you the full benefit of the frequencies, I need to keep the group size intimate.
- Requirements: You will need an enclosed, quiet, and preferably carpeted space. Mats are mandatory so your team can lie down comfortably. If you have a large conference room, a basic sound system helps to ensure the resonance carries evenly.
Whether you are booking this for a high-stress week, a wellness day, or a regular team reset, this session is about offering your team a moment of genuine stillness.
