Leading a session for the staff at Christ University. My goal is to make yoga feel instructional and beneficial, not intimidating. I focus on clear guidance for every posture and breathing technique.

You don't need a gym setup or special gear to make this work. My 'Desk Detox' workshops are fully work-wear friendly, so your team can practice seated stretches, eye yoga, and breathing techniques right at their desks without changing. It’s practical, low-sweat, and keeps energy levels high.

I believe yoga shouldn't be another chore on your to-do list. Whether you are running a university event or managing an office in Bengaluru, my sessions focus on practical relief rather than just hitting perfect poses.
What We Focus On
- Desk Detox: We target the 'tech-neck' and lower back stiffness that comes from staring at screens all day. These are movements you can do in your formal wear.
- Stress Management: High-pressure environment? We use specific Pranayama (breathwork) like Bhramari to calm the nervous system quickly before meetings or exams.
- Team Cohesion: I have hosted everything from small office group sessions to large-scale events like International Yoga Day at Christ University. It’s about building a shared experience, not just individual fitness.
My Approach
I don't do one-size-fits-all. I’ll talk to you first to understand what your group needs. Is it a concentration boost before finals? A stress-buster for a marketing team? Or a fun 'habba' (festival) style event for the whole campus?
