At our studios, we use professional-grade silk hammocks primarily to decompress your spine and provide stability for deep stretches that are often difficult on a standard mat. Whether you're working through back stiffness or looking to improve your flexibility, the fabric acts as a supportive partner, allowing you to move safely without straining your joints.
