Yoga Workshops & Holistic Wellness
A look into my practice—where movement meets philosophy, breath meets stillness, and we come together to grow.
Ever since I started teaching, I have held a vision of creating safe spaces where you can experience the transformative powers of yoga. For me, a retreat is about slowing down to explore deeper versions of yourself and connecting with a community of like minded seekers. I am grateful to be a medium in your wellness journey.
The heart of my workshops is the sangha, our community. Here are some precious moments of connection and shared joy from our last retreat in Rishikesh. It is in these circles that we find support, share our stories, and grow together.
Correct alignment is key to allowing prana, or life force energy, to flow freely. In my sessions, I provide hands on adjustments to help you safely deepen your practice, ensuring you feel supported while exploring your body's potential in each asana.
Capturing the essence of devotion, the Bhakti Bhav. Chanting and kirtan are powerful practices that connect us to our hearts. Here, in a moment of shared musical meditation, we experience the joy and unity that comes from raising our voices together.
Finding the light within and letting it shine. This is Purvottanasana, or the upward plank pose, a powerful heart opener that builds strength and courage. My personal practice is my anchor, a space where I connect with myself before I share with others.
I believe in being a lifelong student. Learning from masters like Eddie Stern deepens my own understanding and enriches what I can offer to you. These moments of study are invaluable, allowing me to bring authentic, time tested wisdom to our practice.
I see you, and I welcome you as you are. My purpose is to share the practice of yoga that has transformed my own life. If you are seeking to heal, to connect, and to find your own purpose, you are in the right place. Hari Om.
About this collection
My workshops go far beyond simple physical exercise. We spend significant time on alignment, using props like blocks and straps to ensure every body can safely access the postures. Whether it is a deep-dive Vinyasa flow or a philosophy session, I focus on the 'why' behind the movement, helping you understand how to safely adapt techniques to your own unique anatomy.
My sessions are grounded in the belief that yoga is a lifelong practice, not a quick fix. When we gather for a workshop in Gurgaon or a retreat in the Himalayas, we don't just move through asanas; we create a space for healing.
Philosophy & Anatomy
Every workshop is designed to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and modern living. We dive into the science of alignment, breaking down postures so you understand how to use props like bolsters and straps to support your body's specific needs. It is not about reaching the perfect pose; it is about finding the right energy flow and protecting your joints.
The Sangha
Building a community, or sangha, is central to my work. We share space for chanting, breathwork (pranayama), and candid discussions about balancing life's demands. These aren't just classes; they are opportunities to pause, reflect, and learn from one another.
What to Expect
Whether you join a single-session thematic workshop or a deeper weekend immersion, you can expect hands-on guidance and clear, practical instruction. We always end with guided Savasana and time for Q&A, because integration is just as important as the practice itself. If you are looking to deepen your understanding of your own body, you are welcome here. Hari Om.
