I wanted a place in this crazy city where people could actually slow down, breathe, and not feel judged. This spot is about real connection, not just perfect poses. Honestly, some days my own practice looks messy - and that’s okay. The vibe here is more “come as you are,” less “show off your splits.”

What’s On Offer

  • I teach all kinds of yoga and movement classes, from Hatha and Vinyasa to Mysore style yoga (the kind where you get personal attention and work at your own pace).
  • There’s Power Yoga if you want a sweat, and Iyengar sessions for when you’re after that perfect alignment.
  • If life feels heavy, try Yin or trauma-informed yoga for deep release. Our restorative classes are basically nap time for your nervous system.
  • Special stuff like face yoga sessions (yes, for your actual face!) and prenatal movement classes for new and expecting moms.

Beyond Classes

  • I also run workshops for things like backbends, handstands, or even wild combos like Yin Yoga plus sound baths.
  • Sometimes we gather for full moon rituals or chakra healing - it’s a little spiritual, a little practical, all heart.

Who’s Teaching

  • Our teachers are from all over, including Mysore and Mumbai. Everyone brings their own flavor, but you’ll always get support and a safe space. No fancy yoga clothes required, trust me.

My Story

We’re Anokhi Garden, born outta Mysore roots, planted in Mumbai’s hustle. We wanted a spot where folks could just chill, breathe, and eat good food. Not just a studio or a cafe, more like a garden—where you grow, hang out, or sip coffee solo. Sometimes you’ll find us hosting soulful gatherings, sometimes it’s just quiet healing vibes. Srinatha Sir from Mysore drops by, and the vegan french toast? Pure comfort. Come as you are, find your corner.

My Work
