We are reviving the ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu in Navi Mumbai. This dynamic practice enhances endurance, stamina, and brings immense discipline.

On Buddha Purnima, we come together to chant and meditate. This is an open invitation for all to join us and soak in the energy of this auspicious full moon.

People came from all over to soak in the energy of the Buddha Purnima full moon. The fire of Mumbai meditators has only grown over the years.

About Special Events & Introductory Sessions

Before you commit to a full workshop, join us for an introductory session. It is not just a demo; it is a space to ask whether you are flexible enough for Hatha Yoga, how much time it takes, and which practice fits your current lifestyle. You will get a real sense of our studio's energy without any pressure to sign up immediately.

Our studio in CBD Belapur is more than a place to practice. It is a hub for the Navi Mumbai meditation community, and these events are how we welcome new seekers to the path. Whether you are coming to rekindle a lost practice or are completely new to yoga, these sessions are designed to answer your questions and help you experience the difference of the Isha system.

What to Expect at Our Events

  • Free Introductory & Trial Sessions: These are the best place to start. We cover the basics of Hatha Yoga, debunk myths about flexibility, and address the practicalities of fitting Sadhana into a busy city life. You will learn a simple practice, sit for a guided meditation, and get clarity on which of our deeper workshops might be right for you.
  • Kalaripayattu Workshops: We are reviving this ancient martial art from Bharat right here in Navi Mumbai. It is a dynamic, high-energy practice that improves stamina, discipline, and endurance. It is intense, physical, and absolutely transformative.
  • Community Gatherings: On auspicious days like Buddha Purnima, we host special chant and meditation evenings. These are open to everyone. We bring together families, friends, and anyone interested in soaking in a consecrated atmosphere. It is beautiful to see people from all over the city, from Pune to Dadar, come together to sit in silence and share the experience.

Why Attend?

Yoga is not just about the mat. It is about how you live. Our events—whether it is a drum circle, a festival celebration, or a specialized wellness workshop—are about creating a space where you can be yourself, share your journey, and find support. The fire of our community is real, and the best way to understand it is to simply walk through our doors. If you have questions about your Sadhana or want to know when our next event is, send us a message.
