People often ask if our studio is too strict, but the truth is quite the opposite. While the morning sadhana hours between 6 and 9 AM are dedicated to silent, disciplined practice, the space transforms afterward. You will often find us sharing soaked groundnuts after a session, debating life over chai, or just laughing about the funny struggles of mastering a new asana.

Why Our Space Feels Different

It is not about having the most expensive mats or fancy mood lighting. At AumTara, we have big windows, plenty of sunlight, and a simple, honest setup. We believe that a consecrated space, featuring the Linga Bhairavi Yantra, helps create an atmosphere where you can truly switch off from the Navi Mumbai city chaos.

Balancing Sadhana and Socials

We treat our yoga practice with respect, but we keep our humanity intact.

• The Silent Hours: From 6 AM to 9 AM, the studio is open for daily self-practice. It is a quiet, individual space where we respect each other's focus.
