Why Our Space Feels Different

It is not about having the most expensive mats or fancy mood lighting. At AumTara, we have big windows, plenty of sunlight, and a simple, honest setup. We believe that a consecrated space, featuring the Linga Bhairavi Yantra, helps create an atmosphere where you can truly switch off from the Navi Mumbai city chaos.

Balancing Sadhana and Socials

We treat our yoga practice with respect, but we keep our humanity intact.

• The Silent Hours: From 6 AM to 9 AM, the studio is open for daily self-practice. It is a quiet, individual space where we respect each other's focus.
• The Community Huddle: Beyond the mat, we are a group that enjoys the simple joys—festival celebrations, drum circles, and the occasional post-workshop chai session where we talk about everything from diet to life choices.
