About The AumTara Studio: Our Sacred Space

Our morning Sadhana space is open every day from 6 AM to 9 AM, designed specifically for those who have already learned Isha Hatha Yoga. It is a self-practice environment with no instruction and no pressure, where you can simply show up, roll out your mat, and maintain your routine alongside others. This is not a commercial class; it is a consecrated place to support your personal commitment.
