Sound Healing and Meditation Sessions
Life gets heavy, and sometimes you just need a place to pause. My sound healing sessions use Tibetan singing bowls and gongs to help you slow down, release mental noise, and reconnect with yourself.
Welcome to my practice. As a sound healing practitioner, I use tools like this singing bowl to guide you toward a state of calm. The sound frequencies are designed to help your mind and body unwind.

My journey into this work was formalized at the Himalayan Academy of Sound. This manual represents the deep knowledge and tradition I bring into every session, ensuring a practice that is both authentic and effective.
The right atmosphere is key to relaxation. I always set up my space with soft, warm lighting from candles to create a sanctuary where you feel safe enough to switch off and focus inward.
About My Sound Healing Practice
If you have been feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, this space is for you to finally hit pause. My sessions are not about fixing you, because you are not broken, but about using sound vibrations from my Tibetan bowls and gong to help your nervous system settle and release pent-up stress. You do not need to be at rock bottom to show up for your own peace of mind.
What to expect
My sessions are designed for deep relaxation using a 7-piece Tibetan bowl set and a 20-inch wind gong. We start by slowing down the mental noise with guided verbal visualization. Whether you join a small group session or book a private 1-on-1 consultation, the goal is the same: to help you feel lighter.
Private vs. Group
Group sessions are a great way to experience a sound bath in a community setting, focusing on general decompression. If you need something more specific, my private sessions go deeper. These 90-minute consultations include chakra balancing with aromatherapy and personalized affirmations that you can take home.
My Approach
I trained at the Himalayan Academy of Sound, but my approach is guided by my own journey. I do not believe in 'fixing' anyone. I simply provide a sanctuary in my Delhi studio where you can feel safe enough to switch off. Whether you are a first-timer curious about sound therapy or someone who has been feeling 'off' and needs a gentle way to process emotions, I am here to hold space for you.
