About Yoga for Back, Neck & Shoulder Pain

My approach to pain management isn't about holding advanced poses. We focus on 'therapeutic alignment' using accessible props—your chair, a wall, or even a towel. Whether it's cervical stiffness from driving or a hunchback caused by long hours at a laptop, the relief starts with small, daily micro-movements designed to decompress your vertebrae rather than strain them.
