Whether it is a stiff neck from work or chronic back pain, I help you find relief through targeted yoga therapy that fits your body and lifestyle.

Do you suffer from neck and back pain due to incorrect posture? This video demonstrates simple movements to correct your alignment and relieve discomfort. Let's work together to build a stronger, pain-free back.

Here are three of my go-to asanas for lower back pain relief. We practice the Cat Twist (Marakat Asana), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana), and Wind Relieving Pose (Pawan Muktasana) to release tension and strengthen your spine.

If you experience neck stiffness or pain from cervical spondylosis, these gentle yoga exercises can be very beneficial. Follow along to improve flexibility and find relief. Remember to take care of your neck.

The Tiger Pose, or Vyaghrasana, is excellent for addressing sciatica pain. However, it's important to practice with caution if you have a severe condition or injury. This demonstration shows the correct form for gentle relief.

Uttan Mandukasana is a powerful pose for relieving back and neck pain, especially for those with cervical spondylosis. It also improves lung capacity and helps reduce stress.

A neck hump and arm fat can often be related to poor posture. These simple exercises, done in Vajrasana, can help correct your posture, tone your arms, and relieve tension in your upper back and shoulders.

Long hours of sitting can lead to a frozen shoulder and back pain. Using a wall for support, you can perform these stretches to open up your shoulders, improve a hunched back, and find relief.

Before you sleep, try this simple routine to ease neck pain and even promote hair growth by improving circulation. A supportive pillow and gentle stretches can make a big difference in your sleep quality and overall health.

For those who suffer from migraines, pranayama can be a natural way to find relief. Breathing techniques like Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari help reduce stress and improve oxygen flow to the brain, which can lower the frequency of headaches.

The Cat-Cow pose is a wonderful stretch for improving spinal flexibility and relieving tension in the back and neck. It gently massages the abdominal organs and connects your breath with your movement.

About Relief from Pain & Poor Posture

Most of us spend eight hours slumped over a laptop, and then wonder why our necks hurt. I do not just teach poses; I teach you how to adapt your home space. We start by analyzing how you sit, stand, and sleep, because real relief comes from fixing the small, everyday habits that cause the pain in the first place.
