It was a wonderful experience to be invited as a Yoga Expert for NCERT's 'Yog Shakti' program. Here, I'm discussing the principles of Yoga for Obesity Management, making wellness knowledge accessible to a national audience.

Bridging Science and Practice
My teaching style comes from a mix of rigorous training at AIIMS and MDNIY, blended with my own shraddha (faith). I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. When I work with corporate teams, we skip the fancy equipment. Instead, we use your desk and chair to fix the physical toll of office life—tech-neck, carpal tunnel, and lower back compression.
