I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age. Whether it is playful laughing yoga for kids or community sessions, I love helping the next generation build strength and focus naturally.

A quick 15-minute yoga session with the kids in my village. Yoga helps them improve flexibility, enhance concentration, and learn to manage stress from a young age.

Guiding the children through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) while chanting the 12 mantras. It's beautiful to see them connect with this ancient and powerful practice.

Teaching the children to chant the Gayatri Mantra. This powerful mantra helps calm the mind, improve focus, and foster a sense of inner peace.
