I run corporate wellness sessions right in your office—mostly around Delhi. No fancy stuff, just real, doable things that actually fit into a busy workday. I’ve even done sessions between cubicles and in the pantry - wherever your team feels comfortable to stretch and breathe.

Hey, I'm Pooja. Don’t box me in as just another yoga teacher. I’m all about healing, loving myself, and finding a bit of adventure every day. You’ll catch me riding a tractor with full desi swag or zipping around on my bike. Life’s too short for boring routines, right?
