Discover Yoga with Love and Support
Yoga at my studio is about more than just poses. It is a space to find harmony, build strength with props, and join a supportive community in the heart of Hauz Khas.
This is what pure joy looks like. In my studio, we use props like these yoga ropes not just for alignment, but to find freedom and fun in our practice. It’s a space filled with laughter and support.
Hearing from my students is the greatest gift. This is a beautiful share from a student on how our teacher training course helped her with pain management and offered an accessible path into yoga philosophy.
Your journey to becoming a yoga teacher starts here. This is my foundational 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, an immersive experience designed to build your confidence, deepen your understanding, and connect you to the heart of yoga.
Props are our friends, helping us explore poses safely. Here, I demonstrate how to use a chair, blocks, and a belt to build strength in the hips and hamstrings in the head to toe pose, making it accessible for every body.
I hold a special place in my heart for guiding mothers on their pregnancy journey. My prenatal yoga classes are a gentle, safe space to connect with your body and baby, building strength and peace for childbirth.
Finding harmony within ourselves is the true goal of yoga. This revolved downward facing dog pose is a beautiful expression of balance and strength, showing how we can find stability even in a twist.
Sunday is for surrender. My restorative yoga classes are a time to slow down, using props like bolsters and blocks to let the body release tension and the mind find a state of deep, healing rest.
About this collection
If you think yoga is only for the naturally flexible, come to my studio. I rely heavily on Iyengar-style props—blocks, wall ropes, and chairs—to help you find proper alignment regardless of your current physical ability. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just beginning your practice, we adjust the poses to fit your body, not the other way around.
My studio in Hauz Khas is a space where we focus on the inner journey as much as the physical movement. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and my classes reflect this by blending Hatha and Vinyasa styles with a strong emphasis on anatomy and safety.
Why Practice With Me?
- Personalized Attention: I keep my batches small, typically 8 to 12 students, so I can personally guide your alignment and help you manage any physical constraints.
- Prop-Based Learning: Using props is not a shortcut; it is a way to gain access to poses that might otherwise feel impossible. We use ropes, blocks, and bolsters to deepen your practice safely.
- Inclusive Community: From my 200-hour foundational teacher training to prenatal sessions, you will find a sangha (community) that supports you through the tough days and celebrates the breakthroughs.
Your Journey
Whether you are looking to become a certified teacher or simply want a space to breathe and recharge, I am here for it. My 200-hour and 300-hour programs are immersive, while my Yin and prenatal workshops offer specialized care. I encourage you to show up with gratitude, and let the practice do its work. If you have questions about which course fits your current level, let's chat.
