Our Self-Defense Summer Camp is designed to equip kids from 5 to 15 with strength and confidence. Here, our young students get ready to learn practical boxing and MMA skills.

Every child gets to participate and grow. This young boxer is focused on her technique with the punching bag, learning discipline and building confidence one punch at a time.

Learning to fall correctly is one of the first and most important lessons in martial arts. Our coach guides a young student through a break fall drill, a fundamental skill for safety in Judo and MMA.
