Women’s Real-World Self-Defense Training
Stop just going to the gym. Learn how to protect yourself with techniques that actually work. We teach you to stay calm, control the situation, and fight back.
We are breaking boundaries and defying norms. Watch our female students train with professional guidance, punching fear in the face and learning powerful self-defense techniques.
Practice makes perfect. Two of our female students engage in a controlled kickboxing sparring session, sharpening their reflexes, timing, and technique under the watchful eye of our coaches.
In a sparring session, every moment is a learning opportunity. Here, one of our female fighters tests her skills, embracing the challenge of training and pushing her limits.
A female student practices her kickboxing combinations with a coach holding pads. This drill helps build power, accuracy, and muscle memory for effective striking.
Our female students work on their close-combat skills during a sparring drill. Even when a technique feels unnatural at first, persistence and practice lead to mastery.
Meet one of our dedicated fighters, Khushi Tirodkar. At 20 years old, she trains hard in the featherweight category, embodying the spirit and determination we foster in all our students.
A little piece of history to inspire our female warriors. The first female boxing champion, Cathy Davis, won her title in 1975, paving the way for women in combat sports.
About Women's Empowerment Through Self-Defense
Unlike standard classes, we don't just teach choreography. You will spar. You will get comfortable with contact—takedowns, breaking grabs, and striking combinations that work in real life, not just on a mat. It’s raw, it’s intense, and it builds the confidence to walk alone without looking over your shoulder.
Whether you want to learn basics or train like a fighter, our training is about one thing: confidence. We are an open-air combat gym—no fancy AC or mirrors. Just heavy bags, tires, and a community of warriors.
What we teach is practical self-defense. We don't believe in 'lady-friendly' soft versions. If you are training here, you are training with the same intensity as our professional fighters. You will learn:
- Striking: Boxing jabs, Muay Thai elbows, and kickboxing drills to create distance.
- Grappling: Judo throws and ground control so you know how to handle being pushed or grabbed.
- Situational Awareness: How to spot trouble before it starts.
- Conditioning: Getting your body strong enough to execute these moves when under stress.
We have women of all ages, from students to working professionals, training together. The environment is safe, but the training is rigorous. You will sweat, you will get hit, and you will learn to hit back. This is for anyone in Mira Road or Ghatkopar looking for a gym that treats your safety as a serious skill, not just a workout.
