About Warrior Conditioning

We don't do ACs, mirrors, or fancy equipment. Yahan pe (here), you train in an open-air shed with industrial fans, heavy bags, and conditioning tires. This is raw, functional training designed to make you sweat, build real stamina, and handle the mental grind of combat sports. You show up, you put in the work, and you leave stronger than you arrived.

How We Train

Our conditioning sessions aren't about aesthetics; they are about performance. We move away from standard gym machines and focus on movements that mimic the demands of the ring. Think tire flips, battle ropes, and high-intensity circuit training that tests your grip, core, and explosive power.

Most gyms sell comfort. We sell progress. Whether you’re training at our Mira Road or Ghatkopar studios, expect 60-90 minutes of high-frequency drills. You’ll be doing push-ups on mats, shadowboxing, and partner drills that test your reaction time and cardiovascular endurance. We use stick training and impact drills to condition your body to take hits without breaking.
