What Fit and Fight Club Is All About

For us, the club isn’t just a gym - it’s our mandir (temple). This is where warriors are made, not only for the ring but for life. The mantra here is simple: Mehnat kar, pasina baha (Work hard, sweat). Discipline, dedication, and never giving up are the only rules. Rukna mana hai (stopping is forbidden).

How We Train

We teach you to be more than just a fighter - we make sure you’re ready for real MMA cage fight training. You get the best of striking and grappling techniques under one roof:

  • Boxing & Kickboxing: Basics first, then combos, defense, and real sparring. Don’t be surprised if you hear, “Jab fek!” (Throw the jab!) echoing.
  • BJJ & Wrestling: From takedowns (Ghe khali!) to submissions, we roll regularly. It’s about control and ground domination.
  • MMA: Everything comes together for fight scenarios. Our own Warrior’s Dream Series lets you test what you’ve learned.
  • Warrior Conditioning: Strength, endurance, explosive power - our circuits push you till you feel like your engine’s on fire.

Who Coaches You

All our gurus are actual fighters. You’ll be coached by national and international medalists who know what it means to win and lose. They’re hands-on, correcting you in real time.

My Story

We’re Fit & Fight Club, but honestly, this place is more like a FightFam. People call it their mandir (temple) – respect, sweat, discipline, all of it. We started to build warriors, not just athletes. You’ll see a shy guy turn confident, women finding their own power. Coaches like Sanjivan sir, Ashok, Nayan, all of us, we train together, sometimes fight, sometimes party. We fall, we fail, we rise. That’s us.

How We Coach - Coaches are on the mat with you - shouting, correcting, showing. You learn moves, but you also learn why and how to use them.

Our Community - We host MMA fight night training, seminars with pros, celebrate birthdays, do Garba. It’s about growing together, not just sweating alone.
