Our Training Style
We mix striking, grappling, and conditioning to give you the full MMA experience. You will work on:
- Striking: Boxing, kickboxing, and pad work. We drill technique until it's second nature.
- Grappling: Judo throws, wrestling takedowns, and BJJ ground control. We teach you how to dominate on the mat.
- Conditioning: Tyre flips, HIIT, and battle ropes. This is where you build the engine to keep fighting when everyone else quits.
Who Trains With Us?
Everyone. From 5-year-old kids learning discipline to doctors and office folks de-stressing after work. We run mixed-gender, mixed-level groups where the only thing that matters is your commitment, not your experience. If you are a total beginner, don't stress. We will teach you the basics in a safe, chill vibe.
Our Locations
You can find us at our main studio in Beverly Park, Mira Road East, or our facility at Asmita Club, Naya Nagar. We also have a presence in Ghatkopar West. We operate out of industrial-style sheds because that's where the real work happens. Come in ready to sweat, learn, and grow.
