- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): Striking, grappling, ground techniques - good for beginners and pros.
- Kickboxing & Muay Thai: High energy, full-body workout with punches and kicks. Great to torch calories, build power.
- Boxing: Pad work, bag drills, footwork. Builds cardio and self-defense skills.
- Judo & Grappling: Learn throws, takedowns, ground submissions. Perfect for understanding leverage.
