- Conditioning: HIIT drills using truck tires, battle ropes, agility ladders, and bodyweight circuits.
Facility & Structure
- Equipment: Shared use of heavy bags, speed bags, kick shields, and BOB punching dummy.
- Format: Group training (10 to 20 participants) with real-time form correction.
- Outdoor: Occasional organized sessions at nearby locations like Juhu or Silver Beach for sand conditioning.
Junior Martial Arts Membership (5-15 Yrs)
Curriculum
- Technique: Introduction to Taekwondo and Kickboxing stances with safe punching mechanics.

My Story
We’re Predominate MMA Fitness, and here, it’s not just about punching bags or mats. It’s about #TeamPredominate vibes. You’ll see ‘Achieve What You Desire’ on our wall, and we mean it. From our little ninjas gaining confidence in kids MMA classes, to adults sweating it out, and even our special needs batches – everyone finds their place. We’re more of a family than a gym, growing together, no matter where you start.
